According to various media reports Pacquiao has agreed to all terms for the May 2 fight but Mayweather has not signed off on the proposed deal yet.
In a chat with Boxing Scene Koncz confirmed that should the fight not happen they had back-up plans.
"We have some back-up plans," Koncz told Boxing Scene. "So there's going to be decisions made in the next week or so."
Koncz reiterated that they had agreed to everything on their side to make the big fight happen and that the ball was now in the Mayweather court to make the much-anticipated fight happen.
"We kind of have a gag-agreement, but limited information to be released to the press," he explained.
"We've agreed to all the terms that we've negotiated with Floyd's representatives."
"So now, it's up to Floyd to sign the contract," he added.
The proposed fight is expected to take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, and for Mayweather to get a 60% share of the purse.
