Jaidee happy with his performance

Jaidee is one of the local favourites to win the US$2 million tournament at the Black Mountain Golf Club and he feels he is still in contention following his second round six-under-par 66.

Jaidee said: "I played very well. But I missed 4-5 short putts. I didn't putt that well. I need to improve on my putting. But I am very happy with my score today. I'll try my best to show the local fans the quality of the Thai players especially at an event on home soil.

"It's not that far behind but anything can happen in the next two days. Miguel putted very well today. I did say at the beginning whoever putt well this week can win. We will see.

"Based on the scores that we put up in the past two days. I think the cut should be -3 under par and that is low. I won't be surprise to see some tough pin positions. There is no rough here so we can still manage to put the ball close to the pin."
