Both fighters head into Saturday's contest undefeated, with Rousey boasting a quite remarkable record. The American has won all 10 of her professional fights, and combined those fights do not reach 25 minutes in length. If Rousey's clash with Miesha Tate is removed from the equation then that time is reduced to less than eight minutes.
With this in mind it's impossible to deny that Rousey, who won a bronze medal in Judo at the Beijing Olympics, is an incredible fighter – and she certainly knows it.
"I think it’s personality that really sets the great fighters apart, and I do believe that Cat is one of those great fighters," Rousey told FOX Sports.
"It’s just that I’m the greatest fighter of all time, and it’s bad timing for her."
