The R’s will lose their Premier League status if Manchester City beat Ramsey???s side at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday.
While admitting his players will only have themselves to blame if they go down, Ramsey talked of the positive spirit for their last three games.
Steven Caulker and Clint Hill are injury doubts for the City clash, with Nedum Onuoha suspended, leaving QPR with worries in defence.
“We have a few injuries,” Ramsey said.
“We’re down to the bare bones. Steven Caulker has broken his hand so he is touch and go and Clint Hill has a hamstring problem at the moment.
“We are hoping Leroy Fer can start again after one game. Nedum Onuoha is suspended as well.
“Mauricio Isla played in a reserve game on Tuesday but he still has a sore knee. We will see on his availability.
“As long as there are points to be played for you have to believe you can do it. We understand we do have a big task.
“Everyone is mentioning different great escapes but we have to just win the game. We’ve had discussions. I’m hoping that I will be here but the decision will be made at the end of the season.
“Our problem has been a lack of concentration to the end of games. We’ve done this to ourselves. It is very frustrating. We have three games to save our season and I am sure the players will be rolling their sleeves up at the Etihad.
“You know Manchester City will be a good team. We are hoping that they don’t turn up and we do. There will have to be a measured balance in what we do.”??
