The Premier League champions are yet to officially confirm a deal has been agreed but the Brazil U19 midfielder posted a photo which appeared to confirm a transfer from Atletico Paranaense.

The 19 year-old also added ???Chelsea FC??? to his bio on the social media platform cementing speculation that a deal for the midfielder is complete.
Nathan will be the fifth Brazilian player to join the ranks at Chelsea with Willian, Ramires, Filipe Luis and Oscar already at the club.
