England coach Eddie Jones believes that British and Irish Lions coach Warren Gatland can lead the side to victory over the All Blacks next year..
Eddie Jones, who said he would refuse the position if offered, said Gatland was the right man for the job.
"Warren has done it before, and he has a great appreciation of European rugby," Jones told BBC Sport
"He knows the players in England, Scotland and Ireland, obviously he knows the Welsh players, so he will do a great job."
Jones went on to say that the Wales coach could exploit New Zealand's flaws.
"There are definite weaknesses in the New Zealand side," Jones said.
"The Lions have to attack those weaknesses and then play to their strengths.
"The Lions have a great chance.
"Of course it is going to be tough, but out of the four teams (home nations), they can put out a great squad of 35, 36 players more than capable of taking the Kiwis on."
The last time the British and Irish Lions toured New Zealand they lost all three Tests to the hosts.
