Nadal hits ridiculous tweener

Rafael Nadal was involved in a ludicrous rally in the third round of the US Open on Friday.

The Spaniard came racing to the net only to receive a powerful forehand return from Andrey Kuznetsov, which he somehow smuggled back over the net.

But the point was not over yet, as Kuznetsov forced Nadal to scramble to the back of the court and execute a near perfect tweener, sending the crowd to fever pitch.

Watch the thrilling point right here…

Nadal would go on to win the match and reach the fourth round at Flushing Meadows for the first time since 2013. The 14-time grand slam winner faces Lucas Pouille of France on Sunday in New York.
