Springbok lock Pieter-Steph du Toit is likely to play this weekend as he is set to resume full training on Monday.

South Africa team Doctor Conrad von Hagen, confirmed that the second-rower will take part in full training as he his now in his final phase of rehabilitation after du Toit damaged his hamstring two weeks ago against the Cheetahs in Cape Town. 

Von Hagen also confirmed that Lionel Mapoe has recovered from his back spasm and along with Trevor Nyakane, who has recovered from a shoulder injury, will both participate in full training.

Playmaker Elton Jantjies has joined general practice but he will sit out of contact sessions until Thursday after which he will be assessed, following a dislocated finger.
