France name first 17 players for June Tests

France head coach Guy Novès has named the first 17 players in his squad for the Test series in Argentina later this month.

A further 11 players will be added to the group in a week's time.

Novès has gone with a number of uncapped players, including La Rochelle flanker Kevin Gourdon, Stade Français hooker Remi Bonfils and the Bordeaux-Bègles trio of Julien le Devedec, Julien Rey and Baptiste Serin.

Two fly-halves have already been named in the squad, Jules Plisson and François Trinh-Duc.
