The Nashville Predators booked their place in the second round with a 2-1 victory over the Anaheim Ducks in their decisive Game Seven.
With the series tied at 3-3, first-period goals from Colin Wilson and Paul Gaustad put the Predators in command.
Ryan Kesler gave the Ducks hope in the third period, but Nashville held on to set up a tie with the San Jose Sharks.
