NBA Wrap: Bryant stars in Lakers’ victory

Los Angeles Lakers talisman Kobe Bryant scored 22 points to lead his side to a convincing 113-95 win over the Milwaukee Bucks. 

Bryant made seven of the 15 shots he attempted and also recorded three rebounds and six assists. 

Michael Carter-Williams was the Bucks’ top-scorer with 19 points. 

LeBron James scored 24 points as the Cleveland Cavaliers breezed past the Boston Celtics 89-77. 

James was well supported by power forward Kevin Love, who dropped 20 points, grabbed eight rebounds and dished out five assists. 

Avery Bradley scored 17 points for the Celtics. 

Randy Foye had a terrific shooting night as the Denver Nuggets downed the Minnesota Timberwolves 112-100. 

Foye scored 19 points on seven of nine shooting, while Kenneth Faried finished with a double-double, which consisted of 19 points and 10 rebounds. 

Andrew Wiggins scored a team-high 23 points for the Timberwolves. 

DeMarcus Cousins scored 26 points and grabbed 12 rebounds as the Sacramento Kings beat the Houston Rockets 107-97. 

Cousins received some excellent support from Darren Collison, who scored 14 points, pulled down seven rebounds and dished out 13 assists. 

James Harden was the Rockets’ best player as he scored 33 points.
