In a rematch of the NBA Finals, the Golden State Warriors got the better of the Cleveland Cavaliers once again, winning 89-83 on Friday night.
Draymond Green starred for the Warriors as he scored 22 points, grabbed 15 rebounds and dished out seven assists.
LeBron James dropped 25 points for the Cavaliers and also pulled down nine rebounds.
Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade combined for 49 points as the Miami Heat downed the New Orleans Pelicans 94-88 in overtime.
Bosh scored 30 points on 11 of 25 shooting and grabbed 10 rebounds, while Wade finished with 19 points, six rebounds and four assists.
Anthony Davis was the Pelicans' top player with 29 points and 15 rebounds.
Jimmy Butler scored 23 points as the Chicago Bulls beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 105-96.
Butler was well supported by center Pau Gasol, who recorded a double-double that consisted of 21 points and 13 rebounds.
Kevin Durant was the Thunders’ best player as he ended up with 29 points, nine rebounds and seven assists.
The Houston Rockets snapped the San Antonio Spurs’ seven-game winning streak with an 88-84 win.
James Harden led from the front for the Rockets as he scored 20 points and dished out nine assists.
Kawhi Leonard was the Spurs’ top-scorer with 20 points.
Finally, the LA Clippers managed to hang on for a 94-84 victory over local rivals the Lakers, despite a late rally from Byron Scott's outfit.
The Clippers had a 28-point advantage going into the final quarter, but were outscored 27-9 in the final stanza by the hosts.
Chris Paul scored 23 points with five rebounds and six assists, while D'Angelo Russell added 16 points and 7 rebounds to the Lakers cause.
