Na won Best Female Athlete of the Year and Sports Special Contribution at the annual Chinese awards for winning the 2014 Australian Open and reaching the world number two ranking.
She beat short-track speed skater Zhou Yang, speed skater Zhang Hong, gymnast Yao Jinnan, and double Olympic swimming champion Ye Shiwen.
Upon winning the awards, Na was thrilled to be recognised for her efforts despite retiring from the sport.
She said: "It is a pity that I wasn't able to claim the (athlete of the year) award in person the last two times because of the Australian Open, but this year, I'm very happy that I can come here myself, for the last time as an athlete to claim the award.
"This is not only a trophy, but also a recognition of my efforts throughout the whole year."
The Best Male Athlete of the Year award went to swimmer Ning Zetao, who beat including badminton ace Lin Dan and 2014 Table Tennis Men's World Cup winner Zhang Jike.
