Croatia are within touching distance of the Davis Cup trophy after Marin Cilic and Ivan Dodig gave them a 2-1 lead with a doubles victory over Argentina's Juan Martin del Potro and Leonardo Mayer.
The duo came through three tight sets to secure a 7-6 (7-2), 7-6 (7-4), 6-3 victory in front of a sold out Arena Zagreb in the Croatian capital.
Dodig has now won five straight Davis Cup doubles rubbers since 2015 – and three in a row with Cilic by his side.

“This is a once in a lifetime experience and I have to thank the fans for creating a fantastic atmosphere,” Dodig said. “We will be rooting for Marin to finish the job tomorrow.”
In a match that lasted two hours and 42 minutes, the winning pair struck 33 winners, fired six aces and won 85 percent of their first serve points.
They sealed match point when a backhand from Mayer sailed over the baseline.
Cilic will now have the opportunity to seal victory for Croatia when he faces Del Potro in the first of Sunday's reverse singles matches.
