Marin Cilic defeated Roberto Bautista in straight sets to win the Kremlin Cup on Sunday.
The Croatian needed 90 minutes to dispatch the second seed 6-4, 6-4 on the hard courts of the Russian capital.
The top seed fought off two breaks points in the second game of the opening set. A solitary break in the seventh game would be enough for the former US Open winner to close out the set.
CIlic would then take a 4-2 lead in the second set and hold serve on his way to winning his 15th title.
It was a much deserved victory for the 27-year-old, who never dropped a set all week in Moscow.
