The Aces opened the Singapore series in style on Tuesday when they won all five sets against the UAE Royals, with Ana Ivanovic and Gael Monfis in fine form as they cruised to a 30-11 victory.
With Roger Federer still to come into the team when the competition heads to Delhi on Saturday, the Aces have now won four matches out of four.
It wasn???t a happy start for the hosts, however, who went down 29-21 to the Manilla Mavericks and remain bottom of the league.
Debutant Andre Agassi lost to Mark Philippoussis??in the opening set and they also lost the next three, but there was still a glimmer of hope when Serena Williams defeated Kirsten Flipkens 6-4.
Williams played on in a bid to level the overall score, but Flipkens won the next game to end the contest.
Manilla have bounced back from their poor start with successive victories, and they will look to extend that when they face the UAE Royals.
The Royals could be without Goran Ivanisevic after he suffered a hamstring injury in his defeat to Fabrice Santoro, with Nenad Zimonjic stepping in. He is due to face former Wimbledon finalist Philippoussis.
