Ulster lose Henderson for six weeks

Ulster have been hit hard by the news that young Ireland lock Iain Henderson will be out for six weeks through injury.

Henderson impressed for Ireland during the Rugby World Cup, especially in their win over France in the group stages.

The 23-year-old will undergo surgery on Tuesday to stabilise a joint in his hand, which was injured in the quarter-final against Argentina fixture.

Henderson will be of action for approximately six weeks, meaning he will miss Ulster's Champions Cup openers next month against Oyonnax and Saracens.
