London Wasps head coach Dai Young says Elliot Daly should be a "cert" for Eddie Jones' first England squad after the centre starred in the eye-catching win at Bath in the Champions Cup.
Daly scored a try and kicked a drop-goal in the 36-10 victory at the Rec which keeps Wasps on track to make it through to the quarter-finals.
And with Jones set to name his first England squad next month ahead of the Six Nations, Young suggests the 23-year-old needs to be in there.
"For me he is a cert in the England squad. There is a lot of competition for the actual starting XV but he is a certainty in the squad I believe," he said.
"Elliot just gets better and better. We all know he can do the flashy bits and we all know he is exceptional, but he is doing the bread and butter stuff as well.
"He is doing the simple things really well, then he is adding icing on the cake with some of his special play. I thought he was fantastic in defence today and his kicking out of hand was really good."
Former Australia coach Jones attended the match and will have been impressed by Wasps' England contenders; Daly, Joe Simpson, James Haskell and Joe Launchbury.
