In the men’s singles sculls Final E, Saensuk set a time of 7:49.86 to finish second behind Andrew Peebles of Zimbabwe, who crossed the line in 7:43.98.
In the men ‘s lightweight double sculls, Chiu and Hin finished first in Final D with a time of 6:57.95.
The gold medal in Final A was won by France’s Jeremie Azou and Pierre Houin in 6:30.70, with Ireland and Norway taking silver and bronze.
In the women’s lightweight double sculls, Huyen Ta Thanh and Ho Thi Ly of Vietnam failed to start in Final C.
Netherlands pair Maaike Head and Ilse Paulis won gold in a time of 7:04.73 ahead of Canada and China.
In the women’s single sculls semi-final C/D 1, Aisyah Saiyidah of Singapore finished sixth in a time of 8:22.45.
Lithuania’s Lina Saltyte won the semi-final after crossing the line in 7:55.57.
