John Terry’s Chelsea career came to an end last summer when the club’s former skipper joined Championship side Aston Villa at the end of his contract.
But Terry made his return to Chelsea this week – albeit it was only as far as the treatment table.
The 36-year-old took to social media to post pictures of him wearing Chelsea’s training kit, as the club’s medical staff put him through his paces.

Terry has been out of action for a month after suffering a broken bone in his foot while playing for new club Villa.
He was joined in the treatment room by former central defensive partner David Luiz, who has been sidelined with a knee injury.
Terry was also pictured taking in the clash between Chelsea’s Under-19s against Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Youth League.
