Jose Mourinho has delivered hundreds of team talks during his managerial career, yet he delivered a motivational speech with a difference this week.
The Manchester United manager swapped the dressing room for the factory floor after meeting employees at Jaguar’s plant, in England.
Mourinho donned a set of green overalls and then put the finishing touches to Jaguar’s new F-PACE model, in an advertisement for the company.

The Portuguese boss told workers: “We all have a job to do, and I need everyone to give 110 per cent. You are a good team, the best, but today I need you to be even better.
“You need to be focused and deliver the kind of quality performance the fans have come to expect.
“We have to be sure that you create something really special. So go out there and give the people what they want.”

After getting a tour of the factory and speaking to workers, Mourinho put the final touches to several completed cars.
“It was an amazing experience to visit Jaguar’s factory and see all the cars, technology and hard work that goes into developing such a beautiful car,” said Mourinho.
Mourinho will return to his day job when United take on Newcastle this weekend.
