The German suffered the injury after crashing just five laps into the race at Assen. Bradl received immediate treatment at the medical centre, with tests revealing the extent of the injury.
As a result, the 25-year-old went under the knife on Monday in his home town of Augsburg. Hand specialist Dr Stefan Krischak led the operation in which a small screw was inserted in his wrist to reduce and repair the fracture.
It is not clear whether Bradl will be fit to race at the German Grand Prix at the Sachsenring in a fortnight.
Bradl has endured a tough 2015 season thus far, with his best finish an eighth-place in Barcelona.
