The fight for the 2015 MotoGP title will go down to the wire and Valentino Rossi admits "it's great".
Rossi, who is looking for his eighth 500cc/MotoGP title, is leading the standings by just 14 points from his Yamaha team-mate Jorge Lorenzo with four rounds still remaining.
It has been an interesting contest in recent months with Lorenzo winning in the Czech Republic before Rossi hit back with victory at Silverstone, but there was a big swing in Misano when Lorenzo retired and Rossi finished fifth.
However, the Spaniard dragged himself back in the race for the title at Aragon on Sunday as he won the race with his team-mate down in second.
Rossi knows that neither of them will give an inch in the battle for the Drivers' crown.
"The battle between me and Jorge is very tough and it's great because every race we play point won by point. Jorge rode fantastic, very close to perfection, so it will be hard but we are there, we are quite competitive," he said.
"Now we go to another part of the world to race and it's always something different, something special, but I like all the race tracks and now we take a rest for one week and then we will see."
