Toure's relationship with the club has been frosty at best as of late and Seluk has claimed that three unnamed clubs are interested in signing the midfielder.
"It's 90% certain he'll leave Manchester City this summer," Seluk told Sky Sports News. "Nothing has been decided – we are waiting until the end of the season."
Inter Milan manager Roberto Mancini, who brought Toure to City from Barcelona when he was in charge of the club in 2010, has expressed his interest in signing the Ivorian on numerous occasions this season.
Last month, Toure also hinted that he was interested in signing with Paris Saint-Germain after calling the French outfit "a great club".
However, many clubs looking to sign Toure may be put off by the prospect of matching the 250,000 pounds per week that he currently earns.
