Borussia Dortmund head coach Thomas Tuchel was full of praise for his side following their 3-0 win over Bayer Leverkusen on Sunday.
Jonas Hofmann scored the opener in the first half, before Shinji Kagawa and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang added two more just when Die Werkself were threatening to find a way back into the game.
The win extended Dortmund's run to 11 successive wins in all competitions under Tuchel and was delighted with the sharpness of his players.
"We knew beforehand that we needed an absolute top performance. We have displayed a great sharpness," he told reporters after the game.
"Our initial phase was very good. After 1-0, it was a more open game. With the last 30 minutes I am very satisfied.
"It was not an easy match, Bayer play very good football, but we were very concrete."
