Southampton v Chelsea

Legendary Dutch coaches Ronald Koeman and Guus Hiddink will be on opposing sides when Southampton host Chelsea on Saturday.

Koeman’s Saints will be looking to continue their superb run of form at home by clinching their fifth consecutive victory at St Mary’s.

Above home-ground advantage, the south-coast club will also be emboldened by the fact that they’re unbeaten in the last three games against the Blues after one win and two draws.

Should they contain the west Londoners, Southampton will equal their best run of seven consecutive games without conceding a goal. It has been nine hours and 14 minutes since they last conceded a goal.

The Saints will be without Victor Wanyama due to suspension while Florin Gardos and Jay Rodriguez are unlikely to feature after making their return from injury recently.

Chelsea meanwhile, enter the match with some momentum on their side after a 10-game unbeaten run in the league with four wins and six draws.

Although the Blues have scored just 12 goals in 12 away games this season, they will be boosted by the form of Diego Costa, with seven goals in the last eight games.
