Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea apologises to fans after shocking 4-0 loss

Everton were responsible for a shocking 4-0 defeat imposed on Manchester United on Sunday, and in the aftermath of the hammering, all sorts of questions are being asked.

Possible signs of Ole out, and the lack of desire shown by the players are all points of contention, but one thing is for sure, that this sort of performance is simply unacceptable.

And that emotion is echoed by United’s captain on the day David De Gea.

De Gea cut a sorry figure for much of the game, and had this to say for the abject display at Goodison Park. The Spaniard continued his message soon after.

The Red Devils take on Manchester City next in the Premier League in a game that could have a significant impact on the title race.
