Following leaked images of Liverpool’s 2019-20 home kit, images of the goalkeeper’s kit have also surfaced online. Moving away from the yellow, purple, and green kit this season, the Liverpool goalkeeper kit for the next season is set to be predominantly black with gold features.
The images leaked on Footy Headlines, reveals a design quite similar to the home kit. The goalkeeper’s shirt is black with gold trim. The club crest and other logos, including those of the kit manufacturer, front and sleeve sponsors, are also in gold.
Continuing with the black and gold theme of the jersey, the sleeve cuffs are also in gold. Unlike the crew cut collar on the home shirt, the goalkeeper’s jersey has a tidy V-collar. Black shorts and socks studded with gold logos finish the look.
Meanwhile, Liverpool could have an added gold feature on their latest kit, provided that they win the 2018/19 Premier League. The Reds are currently leading rivals Manchester City in a race to the finish line by two points. However, they have played one game more than the Citizens.
The Merseysiders registered a massive win on Sunday, April 14, when they beat Chelsea by two goals to nil. They face Cardiff, Huddersfield, Newcastle, and Wolves next.
