Hill grateful to be in cup

Dale were lucky to secure a second-round tie against either Portsmouth or Aldershot as Ollie Lancashire headed a stoppage-time winner after Reuben Noble-Lazarus had fired an 85th-minute equaliser against their League Two opponents.
“I’m happy going through to the next round for the supporters, for the chairman and for the board of directors,” said Hill after the match.
“It’s increasing our revenue stream, but that’s the only thing I’m really happy about.
“We’ll go anywhere to play in the FA Cup.
“It’s a special competition and we’re fortunate enough to be going through to the next round so we’ll play anyone.”
