Manchester City is all set for a hugely successful season, having already won the Carabao Cup in addition to standing tall in the title races for the Premier League, the Champions League and the FA Cup too.
They boast of a highly-skilled manager in Pep Guardiola, and they also have an exceptional set of talented players, one of who is Raheem Sterling.
Sterling has been one of City’s main starters this season, also having scored a total of 19 goals and assisting another 14, across 41 appearances till date. In addition to his talent and skill on the pitch, his nature and behaviour off it have also attracted a number of plaudits. It is clear that he is a true role model-material for all.
As of latest, Sterling added one more entry to his book of goodness, when he bought 550 tickets to Manchester City’s FA Cup semi-final against Brighton and Hove Albion on Saturday for students at his old school in Wembley, north-west London, as reported by the Mail. The incredible act of kindness have been shared publicly via social media too, and people just can’t stop praising the 24-year old.

The Mail further adds that the England star will also pay for the students’ travel to Manchester City’s complex on Thursday, where they will be given the privilege of meeting the star and see the facilities at the club.
“Raheem wanted to do something for the kids from his old school and approached the club to see what could be done. They are going to come up and meet him and then they are going to watch him in action. It pretty much sums up the kind of guy he is. He hasn’t made a fuss over it and he doesn’t really want attention. It’s just a decent thing to do,” Joe.co.uk quoted an inside source as saying.
City won their latest Premier League game against Cardiff City yesterday, thanks to goals from Kevin de Bruyne and Leroy Sane. The FA Cup semi-finals against Brighton will be held on 6th April, Saturday as mentioned earlier.
