Peter Bosz admits he has never seen his Borussia Dortmund play so badly after another defeat left him on the brink of the axe.
Dortmund were jeered by the home fans as their winless run in the Bundesliga was extended to eight games after a 2-1 loss to third bottom SV Werder Bremen.
The fall from grace of Dortmund has been quite spectacular after they boasted a five-point lead at the top of the table in September following the summer appointment of Bosz.
The former Ajax boss seemed to be resigned to his fate after the Bremen loss, amidst reports in Germany that he will be sacked.
“It can now suddenly be over, but you know that when you’re at a top club and you do not win a lot,” he said.
“I’m fighting, that’s not the point, but I’m not talking about my own position.”

“We have lost matches where we played well, but the first half of the game just hurt my eyes.
“I’ve never seen us playing so badly. This was an excellent opportunity to win again, but we did not do that.
“We’re conceding a lot of goals every week, but you have to do a lot of things to win.”
