AFC Cup 2019: Altyn Asyr and FC Dordoi Bishkek share the spoils; FC Istiklol go top of Group D

Kyrgyz Republic’s FC Dordoi Bishkek and Turkmenistan’s Altyn Asyr played out a 1-1 draw in their Group D opener of the AFC Cup 2019 at the Dolen Omurzakov Stadium in Bishkek on Wednesday.

It looked as if the two teams will head into the half-time break with the score goalless, but Turkmenistan international Wahyt Orazsähedow scored against his former team to give FC Dordoi the lead in the first-half injury time.

However, the game will once again turn on its tail when Annasahet Annasahedow found the equaliser five minutes before the end of regulation time when the home side had thought they had done enough to warrant three points from the opener.
