Iran were dumped out of the Asian Cup by Iraq after a penalty shootout after playing with 10 men for the entire second half and extra time.
Australian referee Ben Williams sent off defender Merhdad Pooladi in a contentious decision when Pooladi clashed with Iraq goalkeeper Jalal Hachim in the 43rd minute.
An incensed Quieroz, who has already been fined and cautioned for criticising officials at the tournament, had to be restrained on the sidelines following the decision.
The former Real Madrid manager said: "If I make comments today, I finish my career and I don't think after 34 years… I deserve to finish my career here.
"You can imagine how I feel, but I cannot express how I feel.
"Because if I do… tell the truth, what everybody saw in the game, they come and punish me and I finish my career."
He added: "Can he (Williams) sleep tonight?
"It's just a question. If it's necessary I put my knees to the ground to show my respect to ask him how can we understand this decision."
