Hummel will continue to design and supply kit and equipment to all levels of the Afghanistan men's and women's national teams for four more years, as well as to the Afghan Premier League. Hummel have been involved with the AFF since 2011.
The new deal will run through to the qualifying rounds of the 2018 World Cup.
Hummel chief marketing officer Henning Nielsen confirmed the deal.
"In 2013 the AFF won the Fifa Fair Play Award for their hard work and dedication to develop football at grassroots level," he said.
"This is something that’s very close to our hearts. Grassroots football and actively working for kids and adults to participate in sports is closely connected to our Danish values and matches Hummel’s mission to change the world through sport,” he added.
The Hummel deal with the AFF has always hinged around the promoting and participation of women and girls in soccer in Afghanistan.
