Of Kyrgyzstani-German descent, winger Viktor Maier plies his trade with Regionalliga side SC Wiedenbruck.

The 27-year-old has scored one goal in his 17 caps and it was in the 2-2 draw with Myanmar in the Asian Cup group qualifying match last October.

He made his international debut in May 2015 in the 3-1 win over Bangladesh in a World Cup qualifying match.
