Singapore played out a disappointing 2-2 draw against lowly Guam in an international friendly that took place at the Jalan Besar Stadium on Tuesday.

Ranked 167 in the world, Guam took the lead in the 37th minute when defender Shawn Nicklaw found acres of space on the right wing and found Shane Malcolm in the box, who made no mistake.

Bernd Stange's Lions claw themselves back into the match during the second half and equalized in the 54th minute when winger Faris Ramli headed home from Ismadi Mukhtar’s cross.

Guam midfielder once again put the Pacific island in the lead in the 73rd minute, before Singapore defender Baihakki bin Khaizan equalised matters for a second time seven minutes later.
