With Al Hilal and Foolad Khouzestan's last meeting ending as a 0-0 draw, Donis is hoping that his side can win the match and take one step closer to qualifying for the knockout stage of the tournament.
But, Donis will have to get the job done without midfielders Salman Al Faraj and Saud Kariri who are suspended.
"We prepared ourselves very well for the match but we must be calm and I’m confident the players will give their best to win," Donis told the official AFC website. "We are under big pressure to win against Foolad, who are a strong team and will not be easy opponents for us."
Donis believes that his side are at an advantage heading into the match since he has analysed several games involving Foolad Khouzestan and pinpointed their weaknesses.
"However, we know them and their weaknesses well as I watched several of their matches and have a good idea what to expect," he said.
