Here is a breakdown of Tuesday's East Zone results:
Group E: Warriors FC (SIN) 0-2 Maziya Sports & Recreation (MDV)
A 49th minute goal by Mohamed Umair and another by Pablo Rodríguez in the 93rd minute gave visiting Maziya the win against Warriors at Jalan Besar Stadium in Singapore.
The result means little as both sides had no chance of reaching the knockout stage. Warriors finish bottom of the group with zero points.
Group E: JSW Bengaluru FC (IND) 1-3 Persipura Jayapura (IDN)
Persipura were crowned winners of Group E when they beat Bengaluru 3-1 at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium.
Following the group stage of the 2015 AFC Cup, the Indonesian team finished on 16 points, while their Indian hosts on the day are the runners-up on 12 points.
In fact, Bengaluru seemed like they had a chance of winning the group after taking the lead in the 23rd minute through Udanta Singh.
Six minutes later the scores were level thanks to Roberto Pugliara, though.
The visitors dominated the second half and took the lead for the first time in the 73rd minute when Imanuel Wanggai found the back of the net, and the result was beyond doubt six minutes later after Ruben Sanadi's effort.
Group F: Johor Darul Ta'zim (MAS) 3-0 Balestier Khalsa FC (SIN)
Johor Darul Takzim were confirmed winners of Group F of the AFC Cup on Tuesday after beating Balester Khalsa 3-0 at the Tan Sri Dato' Hj Hassan Yunos Stadium.
After the final round of group matches, the Malaysian outfit were crowned sectional winners with 15 points, while opponents from Singapore finished bottom with only three.
The first half finished goalless but after the break the hosts took advantage of their better possession, the result proved to be a foregone conclusion.
Safee Sali broke the deadlock in the 76th minute, before Johor's advantage was doubled 10 minutes later by Mohd Safiz Rahim.
Luciano Figueroa then added the third in the final minute of regulation time.
Group F: Kitchee (HKG) 2-2 Kingfisher East Bengal (IND)
Kitchee were confirmed as runners-up in the group after drawing 2-2 with Kingfisher East Bengal at the Mong Kok Stadium
Following the culmination of the group stage, the side from Hong Kong finished on 11 points, behind Johor DT on 15, while their Indian opponents on the day scored five points to finish in third place.
In fact, Kitchee thought they were with a chance of winning the group when they took a 2-0 lead thanks to Lam Ka Wai's 14th minute opener and Xu Deshuai's 59th minute opener.
However, they had to settle for a share of the points after Ranty Martins pulled one back in the 80th minute, and Cavin Lobo equalised nine minutes later.
