Eden Hazard is closing in on a competitive return after resuming full training with Chelsea.
Hazard was sidelined for the opening Premier League game of the season after breaking his ankle while on international duty with Belgium back in June.
But after featuring in a behind-closed-doors encounter this week, Hazard is now training alongside the rest of Antonio Conte’s squad.

Sunday’s encounter against Tottenham will come too soon for Hazard to return to action, yet the sight of Chelsea’s Player of the Year making progress will be a major boost for Conte.
“Hazard is improving but to be fully fit he needs time and we must have patience with him and do the best for him,” said Conte.
What’s so funny, Antonio?

Pedro is also back in full training after the Spanish midfielder has been sidelined by an ankle injury of his own.
