Paris Saint-German captain Thiago Silva and fellow defender Marquinhos believes new signing Dani Alves brings class and a winning mentality to the club.
The 34-year-old signed a two-year-deal with PSG in early July after departing Juventus and recently played his first match for the team in a victory over Roma in a pre-season International Champions Cup tie.
Alves, who won numerous titles and trophies with the likes of Sevilla, Barcelona and Juve in what has been a glittering career, was praised by the pair for what he brings to the French giants.
Silva told the club's official website, "It's very important to know we have Dani with us. Before we had Maxwell and now we have Dani. I know he will bring a lot to the team, both on and off the pitch. He has already won a lot of trophies during his career and I hope he continues to do so with us."
Marquinhos added, "I am really happy to be able to play with Dani. He has played his first match with us now, he's a new player here, but I have known him for a long time. We get along very well and it's easy to play with him. I know he will be great for Paris."
