West Brom manager Tony Pulis is determined to further improve his side in the current transfer window as he aims to build on last season.
The Baggies have only added two new players to their ranks, with Southampton striker Jay Rodriguez and Chinese prospect Zhang Yuning joining the club; the latter immediately going out on loan to Werder Bremen for two seasons.
Pulis remains eager to add more quality to his team as they look to improve on their 10th-place finish in the Premier League last term.
"It will be determined by what players are available and what players we can afford," said Pulis, according to Sky Sports.
"You're always looking for better players, you are always looking for improvement.
"I think the team itself is waiting for better players to come in. We've got experienced players who have played for their countries – they want to see improvement year after year after year. That's what we're trying to do."
