Manchester City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo admits he would love to see Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez sign for the Sky Blues this transfer window.
Sanchez has been linked with a move to City after failing to sign a new deal at the Gunners, where his current contract expires next year, and Chile international teammate Bravo is keen to see him join manager Pep Guardiola's charges.
Bravo, whose heroics in the penalty shootout against Portugal in the Confederations Cup on Thursday night helped his country through to the final, believes Sanches is a world-class player.
"He's one of the best players in the world," Bravo told reporters, according to Sky Sports. "He plays at an incredible level for the national team and an incredible level at his club. He has a great future ahead of him.
"Of course, I would love to have him as a teammate. But it’s not a matter just for the two of us. It’s something the clubs have to go through."
