PSV have reached an agreement over the purchase of highly-rated striker Hirving Lozano from FC Pachuca.
The 21-year-old Mexican frontman, who is part of his side's FIFA Confederations Cup squad, was given special permission to leave camp and sign for the Eredivisie side.
He is set to pen a six-year contract for an undisclosed fee.
A statement from PSV read: "PSV have reached agreement with FC Pachuca on the transfer of the Mexico international.
"Lozano paid a flying visit to the Netherlands on Monday, with the approval of the Mexican FA, in order to undergo a medical. The Mexican has said yes to the agreement and will sign a contract with PSV, tying him to the club until the summer of 2023.
"After signing his contract, the Mexican will take a short break before joining his new team-mates for pre-season training and preparations for the UEFA Europa League play-offs."
PSV Football Director Marcel Brands added: "I am happy we have done it in the end. It took over six months and a lot of creativity to complete the move.”
Lozano will link up with Mexico in Sochi on Tuesday ahead of their clash with New Zealand on Wednesday.
