Ajax Amsterdam full-back Kenny Tete is reportedly set for a move to Turkish giants Galatasaray after the two club’s agreed a fee for the Netherlands international.
Tete made his feelings known that he's been seeking a new challenge away from the Amsterdam ArenA, and according to BeIN Sports Turkey, Igor Tudor's side have come to an agreement with De Joden.
The 21-year-old academy graduate played second-fiddle to Joel Veltman in the right-back position last season but still featured 55 times for the first-team since making his debut in the 2014/15 season.
With six senior national team caps to his name already, the pacey defender has reportedly told incoming head coach Marcel Keizer that he wants out – reiterating statements made by director Marc Overmars at the end of the season.
Despite featuring sparingly in the league, Tete made eight appearances in the Europa League as Ajax finished runners-up in the competition to Manchester United.
