RB Leipzig head coach Ralph Hasenhuttl has bolstered his attacking options with the capture of Bruma on a five-year contract from Galatasaray.
The Sporting CP youth product joined the Istanbul giants in 2013 and established himself in the first team after initial loan spells with Gaziantepspor and Real Sociedad.
Bruma scored 11 goals in 29 Super Lig outings last term, culminating in his move to the Bundesliga with the Bulls, who finished runners-up to champions Bayern Munich in their first season in the German top flight.
The 22-year-old winger arrives at the Red Bull Arena in a deal that could cost up to €15 million based on add-ons.
Leipzig sporting director Ralf Rangnick told the club's official website: "Bruma fits perfectly with our football and the physical facilities to our game.
"He is fast, technically strong and has an extreme pull to the goal. We are glad that we could sign a player with such talent for us.
"Bruma will expand our options in the offensive game and give us even more flexibility in the number 10 position."
