Champions Chelsea host Burnley on the opening day of the new Premier League season, while the top-six have avoided each other in the first round of top-flight action.
As the fixtures for the 2071/18 campaign have been released with the times still to be confirmed, the Blues welcome Sean Dyche's Clarets to Stamford Bridge.
Runners-up Tottenham, who bid farewell to White Hart Lane last term, make the long trip to St James' Park to lock horns with newly-promoted Newcastle. The last time the two teams met, Rafael Benitez's men thrashed Spurs 5-0 on the final day of the season.
Manchester City will be hoping to sustain a stronger title challenge this time around with a host of changes set to be made during the off-season, and they will also face a promoted club in the form of Chris Houghton's Brighton on the south coast.
Liverpool travel to Vicarage Road to take Marco Silva's Watford, while Arsenal host Leicester at the Emirates Stadium, and Jose Mourinho's Manchester United host West Ham at Old Trafford
