AC Milan manager Vincenzo Montella has admitted that he would be delighted to have Real Madrid star Alvaro Morata at the Rossoneri for next season.
The Spaniard is reportedly a target of Montella, who is hoping to bolster his team as they aim to get back into the Champions League.
Montella believes Morata can count himself among the best forwards in the world and would be a great addition to the Milan attack.
"Morata is a very strong player, just like (Andrea) Belotti, (Nikola) Kalinic, (Moussa) Dembele, (Romelu) Lukaku, Diego Costa and (Pierre-Emerick) Aubameyang," Montella told Tuttosport.
"Then there are (players) who can be more or less functional for the system I provide, which is 4-3-3.
"A player like Morata gives you a lot of solutions.
"Our finishing has not been at the same level as the football we showed. So we have to do more in front of goal.
"We already know what we want in the transfer market, but so do other teams."
