Nainggolan wants to stay in Rome

With the transfer window now open, one player who looks set to stay put is sought-after Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan.

The Belgium international previously rejected overtures from Chelsea, and has now also denied speculation he could reunite with recently-departed Roma boss Luciano Spalletti at Inter Milan.

"I want to stay at Roma, I've always said that," he told Centro Suono Sport. "For me it's simple, and I've always demonstrated it.

"I rejected Chelsea last year. I don't know anything about Spalletti at Inter, I try to read as little as possible. We'll see."
