FC Schalke 04 striker Guido Burgstaller is determined to give the fans a win in their last home game of the Bundesliga season on Saturday.
Their last league clash at SC Freiburg resulted in a disappointing 2-0 defeat and Burgstaller is eager to ensure they bounce back at home.
"We want to do what we weren’t able to against Freiburg and definitely put in a good performance at our own place. That means being bold when going forward, playing with passion and heart and fighting for the ball," he told the club's official website.
"We owe that to our fans and we want to put everything into it, especially so that Klaas-Jan Huntelaar and the other boys that are leaving at the end of the season can go on a high. They deserve to be able to celebrate one more victory with our fans at the VELTINS Arena."
Schalke are 10th in the Bundesliga standings and were recently knocked out of the Europa League at the quarter-final stage by Ajax.
