The Philippines Football League champions came into the fixture knowing a win would secure top spot in the group, ahead of Johor Darul Ta'zim. They started with real intent, making frequent attacking forays against the Cambodian club.
John McGlynn's side were already eliminated before the game even started so the Blue Dragon were simply playing for pride.
Right winger Paolo Salenga supplied the telling pass for the opening strike as Mulders slotted home past goalkeeper Sou Yaty in the 12 minute.
